Jawatan Kosong Company Secretarial Manager in Labuan

Key Accountabilities:

To lead and manage Labuan Trust Company.

Collaborating with other senior management to formulate business strategy.

Ensuring regulatory compliances.

1. Ensure compliance with local and international laws.

2. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team.

3. Design policies that align with overall group strategy.

4. Implement efficient processes and standards.

5. Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.

6. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.

7. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organisation optimises costs and benefits.

8. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

9. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

10. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.

11. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Key Requirements:

* Approved Labuan Trust Officer (ICSA qualified; or professional or undergraduate qualified in other corporate fields such as law, taxation or accounting is also encourage to apply).

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate services.

* Prior experience in offshore financial services; especially Labuan.

* Must be familiar with corporate governance, preferably equipped with knowledge on legislations and regulations of other jurisdictions.

* Good with numbers and financial planning.

* Excellent organisational and leadership ability.

* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

* Analytical mind.

* Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
