Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure production process is closely monitored and running smoothly according to target sets.
• Galvanize the team to collaborate with corporate sales and customer service, planner to ensure that production meets customer demand and quality.
• Work closely with Store/Planner to ensure inventory level is aligned with production schedules, customer demand and financial goals. Guide the Store to perform GRN into system with proper documentation handling/filing.
• Assists Production Manager to coach all operators on right work methods and quality checkpoints based on work procedure and protocol.
• Ensure that activities comply with relevant local laws, regulation, and standards and corporate policies.
• Drive and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, i.e. Health, Safety and Environment, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, Corporate Social Responsibility & Compliance (WCA) is integrated into all aspects of the organization’s operation.
• Conduct regular review, and compliance auditing at the plants to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and reporting on the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the EHS management system.
• Conduct safety training and education to enhance safety awareness and safety skill and awareness for workers.
• Maintain renewal arrangement of Fire Safety System and working closely with Department Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Department of Environment (DOE), Ministry of Health, and Fire & Rescue Department Malaysia or related government bodies accordance to their legal requirements and standards and liaise with respective department for any related EHS issue, and manage administration of legal documentation with proper recording.

Job Requirements:

• Project management skills
• Safety certification
• Certified Trainer by NIOSH/FMM will be added advantage
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing ISO 45001 & 14001 management system
• Excellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• management system: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
