House of Perfumes is a perfume distribution business operating across Singapore and Malaysia, selling through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own website. We're a lean, fast-moving team looking to build a stronger, more consistent brand across both markets.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own brand strategy and marketing campaigns across Singapore and Malaysia — defining what we say and how we show up as a brand. You'll work closely with our Ecommerce Manager, who owns platform execution (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), to make sure brand campaigns and platform activity reinforce each other.

Reports directly to the founder. Works closely with the Ecommerce Manager, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand strategy & positioning: Define and evolve HOP's brand identity, voice, and positioning across SG and MY, adapting for local market nuance
• Campaign planning & execution: Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns — product launches, seasonal/festive campaigns, brand collaborations
• Creative direction: Direct content and creative output (photography, video, copywriting, brand assets) produced by designers, videographers, or agencies, focused on brand storytelling
• PR & partnerships: Manage KOL/influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and PR opportunities in both markets
• Marketing calendar & budget: Own the brand marketing calendar and budget allocation (social, PR, brand campaigns, KOL spend), coordinating timing with the Ecommerce Manager
• Cross-market consistency: Ensure brand messaging is coherent and locally resonant across Singapore and Malaysia
• Brand performance reporting: Track and report brand-health metrics — awareness, engagement, sentiment, campaign reach

Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in brand management or integrated marketing
• Track record owning brand campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to creative execution to measurement
• Experience across both Singapore and Malaysia markets strongly preferred
• Strong creative judgment and comfort briefing/directing external creative talent
• Experience with KOL/influencer and PR partnerships in SG and/or MY
• Excellent written English & Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a strong advantage
• Able to operate autonomously in a small, lean team and set direction rather than just execute

Nice to Have

• Beauty, fragrance, or personal care category experience
• Existing KOL/influencer or PR network in SG and/or MY
• Experience building a brand marketing function from scratch in an SME
