Jawatan Kosong Document Controller in Gelang Patah

(A) MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• Organize and maintain project documents, including contracts, reports, drawings, and correspondence.
• Implement and maintain a document control system to ensure easy retrieval and accurate tracking of all documents.
• Ensure that all documents are properly versioned and archived according to company and project standards.
• Review documents for completeness and compliance with company standards before distribution.
• Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on document status and project progress.
• Monitor project documentation for deadlines and ensure timely updates and submissions.
• Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and software.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for document management.

(B) COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Professional Certification

• Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred).

Working Experience

• At least (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Special Knowledge / Skill

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience in construction, engineering,
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards related to document management.
