Jawatan Kosong Account Assistant in Johor

Job Description

• Prepare company accounts payable

• Check account receivable

• Check and key in vendor invoices, and ensure all payments are supported with relevant documents and payment approval.

• Perform bank reconciliation function

• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries

• Performing day to day accounting operations

• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment

• Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures

• Any add hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI certificate or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel & Word)

• Possess an analytical mind, disciplined work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with mandarin-speaking vendors or HQ.
