Jawatan Kosong Human Resource Executive in Kota Kinabalu

JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment & Hiring

• Screening resume
• Use system to update recruitment status, follow up with candidate
• Conduct reference check
• Arrange interview
• On-boarding of New Staff (and off-boarding resigned staff)

Assist with Payroll

• Employee attendance & leave management.
• Statutory filing (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, TP3 Form)
• Verify staff benefits utilization (OT, allowances, staff meal, medical, dental and optics)

Performance Management

• Assist in performance management & employee evaluation/improvement.
• Investigate disciplinary issue: Draft warning letter if required

Administrative tasks

• Draft HR circulars: PH announcements, Memo/Policy, Invitation for company events etc
• Draft HR Letters: Confirmation, Increment, Transfer

Employee Relation

• Plan & organize company events: Annual trip, company dinner, luncheons etc
• Utilise budget to improve staff experience: Office amenities, staff meal

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must have a diploma/degree in Human Resources/Psychology or any related fields

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR line

Good communication and written English

Must have knowledge in Microsoft office

Have general knowledge of the Sabah Ordinance / Employment Act

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
