1. Menyelia dan memantau kehadiran, disiplin serta prestasi semua pekerja di tapak.

2. Menyusun jadual kerja, pembahagian tugas dan penggantian pekerja sekiranya berlaku ketidakhadiran.

3. Memastikan semua kerja pembersihan/perkhidmatan dilaksanakan mengikut Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) syarikat dan keperluan pelanggan.

4. Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin di semua kawasan bagi memastikan tahap kebersihan dan kualiti kerja sentiasa memenuhi piawaian yang ditetapkan.

5. Menjadi penghubung utama antara pelanggan, pihak pengurusan mall dan syarikat.

6. Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan serta mengambil tindakan pembetulan dengan segera.

7. Memastikan pekerja mematuhi peraturan keselamatan, kesihatan pekerjaan (OSH) dan penggunaan Peralatan Perlindungan Diri (PPE).

8. Memantau penggunaan stok bahan kimia, peralatan dan mesin serta membuat permohonan stok apabila diperlukan.

9. Memastikan semua aset syarikat di tapak berada dalam keadaan baik dan melaporkan sebarang kerosakan.

10. Menyediakan laporan harian, mingguan atau bulanan berkaitan operasi tapak kepada pihak pengurusan.

11. Memberi latihan dan bimbingan kepada pekerja baharu serta memastikan semua pekerja memahami SOP kerja.

12.Menghadiri mesyuarat bersama pelanggan atau pihak pengurusan apabila diperlukan.

13. Membantu menyelesaikan sebarang isu operasi yang berlaku di tapak dengan segera.

14. Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
