Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Officer Mandarin speaker in Sepang

Location: KLIA Terminal 1 & KLIA Terminal 2

(Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the airport)

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers professionally and courteously at the service counter.
• Build positive customer relationships by delivering a high standard of service and support.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant rental experience for all customers.

Communication

• Handle customer inquiries via WeChat and WhatsApp before, during, and after the rental period.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely and smooth vehicle returns.

Language Requirements

• Proficient in English and Mandarin (as approximately 90% of customers are international tourists).

Booking & Document Management

• Verify bookings and create reservations accurately.
• Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and related documentation.
• Maintain organized and systematic filing of documents for easy reference and compliance.

Vehicle Inspection & Care

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each rental.
• Identify and report any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and refueled before handover.

Shuttle & Vehicle Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries, including interstate locations and KLIA2 transfers.
• Ensure timely and efficient logistics arrangements.

Administrative Support

• Perform basic administrative and office duties to support daily operations.
• Assist the team in maintaining smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
