Deskripsi Tugas:
1. Perekrutan dan Pemilihan: Menyiarkan kekosongan jawatan dan menilai permohonan calon. Mengatur temu duga, menilai calon, dan membuat keputusan pilihan yang bersesuaian. Menyusun kontrak kerja dan memastikan proses perekrutan berjalan lancar.
2. Latihan dan Pembangunan: Mengenal pasti keperluan latihan bagi kakitangan. Merancang dan mengkoordinasi program latihan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan kakitangan. Menilai keberkesanan program latihan dan menyediakan maklum balas.
3. Pengurusan Prestasi: Menguruskan proses penilaian prestasi tahunan dan memberikan sokongan kepada pengurus dalam memberikan maklum balas prestasi. Menyediakan panduan kepada kakitangan tentang penilaian prestasi dan pelan pembangunan.
4. Rekod dan Pemeliharaan: Memastikan rekod kakitangan seperti data peribadi, kehadiran, dan cuti diselenggara dengan teratur. Mengendalikan perubahan status kakitangan seperti kenaikan pangkat, kenaikan gaji, dan perubahan tanggungan.
5. Pematuhan dan Dasar Organisasi: Memastikan bahawa amalan sumber manusia selari dengan dasar dan prosedur organisasi serta undang-undang yang relevan. Memberi nasihat kepada kakitangan dan pengurusan berkenaan dasar sumber manusia.
6. Hubungan Industri: Menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan kakitangan dan memberikan saluran komunikasi untuk pertanyaan dan keperluan mereka. Menangani isu-isu hubungan pekerja dan memberikan penyelesaian yang sesuai.
7. Pelaporan dan Analisis: Menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai aktiviti sumber manusia seperti perekrutan, latihan, dan prestasi. Menganalisis data sumber manusia untuk memberikan pandangan kepada pengurusan

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
