Tanggungjawab Utama:

Pengurusan Dokumentasi:

• Menguruskan fail, dokumen, dan rekod pejabat dengan sistematik.
• Menyusun, menyimpan, dan mengemaskini dokumen pejabat (fizikal dan digital).
• Memastikan dokumen sulit disimpan dengan selamat.

Pengurusan Data:

• Memasukkan data ke dalam sistem atau perisian pejabat.
• Memastikan ketepatan dan konsistensi data dalam rekod syarikat.
• Menyediakan laporan berkaitan apabila diperlukan.

Tugas Pentadbiran:

• Membantu dalam pengurusan jadual temu janji dan mesyuarat.
• Menguruskan alat tulis dan inventori pejabat.
• Membantu pelaksanaan aktiviti pentadbiran lain seperti penghantaran surat dan dokumen.

Kelayakan:
