JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is done according to plans
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractor, and material on site
• Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
• Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager
• Assist in solving on-site problems and managing minor site issues
• Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and developer

REQUIREMENT

• Possess a minimum certificate or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of site supervision experience (building or infrastructure projects)
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to travel interstate Melaka and Seremban

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
