Jawatan Kosong Business Development Assistant in Kuala Lumpur

Market Research Support:

• Assist in conducting market research to gather information on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Compile and organize data to support the business development team in making informed decisions.

Administrative Support:

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.

Relationship Management:

• Help maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders by assisting with communication and follow-ups.
• Support the team in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Proposal and Document Preparation:

• Assist in drafting and formatting business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure that all documents are accurate, professional, and aligned with MRC’s brand standards.

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on business development projects.
• Support the business development team in tracking project progress and meeting deadlines.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on the status of ongoing projects and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of business development processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
