Job description & Responsibilities list

• To manage and reply to the company’s enquiries online. (eg, whatsapp and other social media platforms or walk-in customers)
• Explain to the patient with your strong communication skills on all types of treatments, charges and packages available at our Centre.
• Proactively identify and contact prospective customers to generate new sales leads for treatments and courses.
• Follow up on consultations and ensure completion of recommended treatment plans.
• Update patient's data accordingly.
• Draft letters, correspondence and marketing letters as and when required by the company.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling KPI
• Provide exceptional sales and after-sales service, building strong, lasting client relationships.
• Introduce and promote the centre's services and course offerings to potential students, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while enjoying attractive commissions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
• Work effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and physicians to provide comprehensive health solutions to clients.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and customer service experience , preferably in the medical/healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or local dialect will be an added advantage.
• Must be available to work on weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
