CR3 Malaysia Sdn. Bhd Job Vacancies Jun 2026

• Assist Head of Finance & Accounts in handling full set of accounts and ensure all accounting records of the company are kept up to date.
• Ensure all documents required for closing of accounts completed before the closing date such as creditors invoices, staff claims, staff advance reports, site money reports, manpower timesheet, wages and training allowance timesheet including re-check the calculation submitted by Human Resource & Admin. Division.
• Effective management in preparation and analysis of company account & management reports and timely submission for all statutory, monthly management report, variance analysis, taxation, audit and ad-hoc reporting
• Assist in management & financial accounting functions including closing of monthly financials & year-end accounts and management reports
• Make entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions such as invoices, payment voucher, debit note, credit note, contra note and all banking activities.
• Prepare and review budget, revenues, expenses, invoices and other accounting documents.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Assist external auditors during audit including preparation of audit schedules
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
• Review & enhance internal controls of operations
• Develop and improve policies and procedures of internal control system
• To undertake special task whenever required.
• Other duties as assigned.

The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Audit Trail: 3 years (Preferred)
