Jawatan Kosong TEACHER in Johor Bahru

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in language instruction, a deep understanding of Mandarin Chinese and its associated culture, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and participating actively in their language learning journey.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including multimedia tools, games, and authentic materials, to enhance students' language acquisition and proficiency.
• Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, tests, and other forms of evaluation, and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities that integrate language learning with other subjects.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators to address individual learning needs and promote a collaborative learning community.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in language education, and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and school events to support student success and contribute to the overall school community.
