We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end procurement operations for Sarawak & Sabah. The role ensures cost-effective sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain efficiency to strengthen East Malaysia’s supply hub for KFC.
1. Manage and control the full spectrum of procurement functions to support planning team requirements, including LTO, promotions, and monthly ordering supplies.
2. Liaise with Legal and relevant stakeholders (SCM PM, QA, Halal Department, suppliers, service providers, RSC operations, marketing, warehousing, and state authorities such as DVS Department of Veterinary Sarawak) for agreement vetting, execution, and stamping.
3. Manage Oracle Applications Cloud (e-Procurement) including:
4. Streamline procurement functions to strengthen Sabah & Sarawak’s supply base.
5. Facilitate process improvements to ensure cost-effective supply solutions.
6. Provide continuous improvement action plans to resolve procurement process issue.
Qualification & Skills:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software (experience with Oracle Applications Cloud preferred).
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Strategic, diplomatic, and creative mindset with the ability to implement SOPs and process improvements.

1. Vendor Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for timely deliveries.
2. Organizational Skills – Coordinate supply chain activities efficiently and accurately.

Successful candidate will be based in RSC Office, Kuching.
