Role summary

The Marketing Project Coordinator (PM) acts as the internal coordinator, ensuring all information from the clients is communicated clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner to the execution team. Serving as the key liaison between departments, the PM keeps workflows aligned, organized, and progressing on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• ⁠Convert campaign briefs into a clear task plan into system.
• Assign tasks to Creative, Ads, KOL, and other teams, with owners and deadlines.
• Track progress daily, follow up on delays, and escalate blockers early.
• Do QC on deliverables before clients review, and track revisions to reduce repeat mistakes.
• Coordinate internal communication and ensure client replies are managed within 24 hours (escalate if needed).
• Record meeting minutes and follow up action items.
• Maintain SOPs and keep systtem organized.
• Support client performance review when required.
• IT Admin support

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠2–4+ years experience in marketing project management / operations (agency experience preferred).
• Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI, Notion, Google Workspace, WeChat, and WhatsApp.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
• *MUST able to speak and write in-Mandarin.
