Job Responsibilities:

• To deliver services to our clients pertaining to your areas of expertise or further afield as opportunities dictate.
• Provide direction and coaching to develop Logistics and Supply Chain team members and contribute to the overall functioning of the Business Group.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships to support the growth of logistics and supply chain opportunities throughout the region and support the delivery of new and existing client opportunities.
• Manage and organize COMPANYS’ warehouse location.
• Be familiar with customs and statutory requirements in location of operations.
• Support the COMPANYS’ logistics and supply chain practice so that we meet COMPANYS’ overall objectives in terms of financial performance, risk management and strategic development having regard to COMPANYS’ core values.
• Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors. Follow up & track, customer purchase order and COMPANYS’ invoice are paid.
• Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
• Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
• Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.
• Handling orders, making negotiations, follow up deliveries, prepare delivery documents.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assurance quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of logistic activities and team’s performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Responds to routine internal and customer inquiries on delivery times and the status of shipments and orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Effective and efficient coordination with other departments.
• Ensure that the inbound and outbound movement of goods are executed smoothly, quickly, and accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in managing logistics teams and overseeing daily logistics operations.
• Oversee and manage daily logistics, transportation and warehouse operations.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Manage freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters and logistics vendors.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and goods.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies and relevant statutory requirements.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Lead, supervise and develop the logistics team.
• Prepare logistics reports, budgets and operational performance updates.
• Familiarity with offshore cargo, vessel coordination and material movement.
• Knowledge of equipment transportation, customs documentation and international project logistics.
• Strong leadership, team management and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of logistics operations, inventory control and warehouse management.
• Ability to manage transportation schedules, delivery arrangements and shipment documentation.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
