Jawatan Kosong Executive, Quality Assurance in Port Klang

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: Ensure that all products meet defined quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance through effective quality control, inspection, Incoming claims monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
• Key Accountabilities:
• Maintain product and process quality in line with company and customer standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
• Prevent defects through proactive quality planning and control.
• Support production to achieve zero defect and on-time delivery targets.
• Ensure all materials and products meet specifications before release.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
• Respond to customer issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Lean, etc.).
• Guide QA inspectors or cross-functional teams during problem-solving activities.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a QA?QC, production or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 , VDA 6.3
• Internal auditor certification is an added advantage
