Jawatan Kosong HR/ADMIN INTERN in Putrajaya

• Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents
• Drafting letters and memos to staff members/ clients as directed by supervisor
• Preparing invoice to clients
• Communicating with clients to answer questions and resolve issues

o Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

o Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts

o Assist HR Team during payroll process

o Screen resumes and application forms

o Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

o Any ad hoc task that required by superior

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
