We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive Admin to join our team in Kuching Warehouse. In this role, you will assist the Person-in-Charge (PIC) and lead our warehouse assistants to ensure smooth daily operations. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent attendance, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and lead warehouse assistants to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently.
• Operations Support: Assist the PIC in managing stock, inventory, and overall warehouse workflow.
• Inventory Control: Perform accurate picking, packing, stock-counting, and inventory checks.
• Inbound Logistics: Assist in unloading containers and verifying incoming goods.
• System Management: Use Microsoft Office and the Lemon (乐檬) system for basic computer operations and data entry.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a warm/non-airconditioned warehouse environment during physical tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisor roles.
• Education: SPM level or below are welcome to apply.
• Language: Trilingual fluent speaker (Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu).
• Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office and Lemon (乐檬) system.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
