Tiktok Live
1. Buat persediaan sebelum TikTok Live.
2. Menyediakan produk, harga, promo dan voucher.
3. Memastikan flow live berjalan lancar.
4. Mempraktikkan teknik product presentation & selling.
Content & Tiktok Marketing
1. Menghasilkan idea untuk TikTok content.
2. Membantu shooting video pendek/VTT.
3. Membantu mencari trend, hook dan content angle yang sesuai.
4. Menyediakan caption dan hashtag.
5. Mengambil klip menarik daripada TikTok Live untuk dijadikan content.
6. Menghasilkan content yang membawa audience ke TikTok Live.
Marketing Research
1. Membuat research competitor.
2. Memantau produk, harga, promo dan content competitor.
3. Mencari trend TikTok yang berpotensi digunakan.
4. Mengenal pasti soalan/masalah customer yang sering muncul.
5. Membuat research tentang kehendak dan behaviour target customer.
