Responsibilities:

This is a unique and exceptional career opportunity to inspire and make an impact to our organization through various programs. As we embark on an exciting transformation journey, we seek an individual who is passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences programs, enhance current processes and spearheading the creation of innovative programs aligned with our organizational objectives.

You will partner with local and global teams to lead or execute Business Programs such vendor management, DEI initiatives, training and development to build organization capabilities. Besides, the person is responsible to drive for process improvement, automation, business analytics and adopt new solutions to increase operations efficiency.

The person is required to work collaboratively with HR community and various business leaders and stakeholders to plan and execute various programs and activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and minimum 10 years of relevant experience in multi-national environment.
• Excellent communication skills, highly competent presenter and able to communicate and influence all levels of employees.
• Must be able to design, develop and implement training plans and learning classes.
• Good collaborations skills and adaptable to a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, automation and relevant software applications.
