We’re Hiring: Senior HR Admin Executive

Position: Full Time

Industry: Beauty & Wellness (E-commerce)

Location: Eco Palladium, Mount Austin JB

Your Responsibilities:

1️. Talent Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
• Ensure new hires are equipped with all necessary resources, documentation, and information.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including EPF, SOCSO, and HRDF contributions.
• Assist with performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.

2️. Administration & Operations

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and well-maintained facilities.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and company-wide activities, including venue bookings and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
• Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative compliance.

3️. Employee Support & Engagement

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies in line with Malaysia’s Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
• Promote a positive work culture and maintain strong employee relations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Language: Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with regional stakeholders.
