Job Vacancy: Admin Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

Role Summary

OAS Media is looking for a versatile, proactive, and highly organized Admin Executive to keep our daily operations running smoothly. This is a dynamic role where you will wear multiple hats—managing core company administration, assisting with foundational HR and finance tasks, and directly supporting our Director with essential documentation. Key Responsibilities1. General Administration & Director Support

• Director Assistance: Assist the Director in drafting, organizing, and maintaining confidential business documents, reports, and correspondences.
• Daily Office Admin: Handle daily administrative paperwork, incoming phone calls, corporate emails, data entry, and digital/physical filing systems.
• Office Maintenance: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment, managing office supplies and utilities.

Requirements

• Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply! Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Location: Must be based in the Klang area and possess own transport for occasional travel.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Core Attributes: Detail orientated ，Proactive, reliable, highly responsible, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
• Work Style: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Salary & Benefits : Performance-Driven Rewards: In addition to a competitive basic salary, your efficiency and success in handling key tasks will be directly rewarded through our bonus structures.

• Basic Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month (Commensurate with experience)
• Performance Bonus: Extra incentives tied directly to personal performance and task success.
