A. Deskripsi Tugas (Job Description) :
1. Perancangan Sistem Pengurusan Keselamatan & Kesihatan
(PLANNING FOR SAFETY & HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
* Merangka, menyediakan, dan membentangkan Safety and Health Plan (S-Plan) yang menyeluruh mengikut spesifikasi JKR Specifications For Occupational Safety And Health In Construction Works 2025.
* Bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan dan menghantar Monthly Safety Health Report mengikut format dan spesifikasi JKR 2025.
2. Pengurusan Penyelenggaraan Tapak
- Memantau kemajuan kerja harian agar menepati jadual projek.
- Mengetuai taklimat keselamatan harian kepada semua pekerja dan kontraktor sebelum memulakan tugas.
B. Syarat Kelayakan:
1. Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Kejuruteraan Awam (Civil Engineering), Pengurusan Pembinaan (Construction Management) atau bidang berkaitan yang setaraf.
2. Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam industri pembinaan khususnya dalam projek renovasi atau penyelenggaraan bangunan.
4. Memiliki Yellow Book yang sah dan berdaftar dengan JKKP (DOSH).
5. Memiliki Kad Hijau CIDB yang masih aktif.
