About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team in daily operations. This role involves sales administration, customer coordination, purchasing support, and communication with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with customers.

- Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and outstanding issues.

- Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Assist in production planning, slitting schedules, inventory monitoring, and coil delivery coordination.

- Support purchasing activities, including supplier communication, price enquiries, and purchase order coordination.

- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, quotations, and order documentation.

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and prepare sales reports when required.

- Perform other duties related to sales and business operations as assigned.

Requirements

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant working experience will be an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office applications.

- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

- Willing to learn and work collaboratively with different departments.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
