Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt of goods and supplies for the hotel. You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain accurate inventory records while upholding Hyatt’s commitment to quality and service excellence. Inspect and receive all incoming deliveries, verifying quality, quantity, and accuracy against purchase orders. Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure proper storage and handling of goods according to company standards.

Qualifications

  • High school certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a materials management or inventory control role in Hotel industry.
  • Previous experience in receiving, warehousing, or inventory management preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
