Job description

• To handle company data and report.
• Handle customers database.
• Responsible for blasting and follow up customers database.
• To handle orders from customers.
• Prepare sales and customer database report.
• Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and Live marketing.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Assist customer via online in locating the desired to purchase the item.
• To assist on any general clerical tasks and duties.
• To handle any ad-hoc tasks when assigned by the superior.

Requirement

• PC literate - Word, Excel
• Ability to be Firm & Decisive
• Diploma minimum (with 1 years working experience)
• Experience in Customer Service are welcome
• Read & Write English & Malay
• Independent with Minimum supervision
• Able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
