Jawatan Kosong Assistant Executive, Global Care MANDARIN SPEAKER -International School in Bayan Lepas

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Global Care Officer to strengthen parent-school relationships and enhance communication between the school, students, and parents. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving parent satisfaction, resolving concerns, supporting student retention, and ensuring a seamless school experience.

The Global Care Officer will act as the main point of contact for parents, providing timely support, addressing concerns effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesParent Relationship Management & Complaint Resolution

• Handle and resolve parent complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, covering both academic and non-academic matters.
• Drive student retention initiatives by identifying concerns early and preventing student withdrawals.
• Manage incoming parent communications, accurately document cases in the CRM system, track resolutions, and escalate unresolved issues within the required turnaround time.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on complaints, provide updates, and gather parent feedback.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as Transport, Accounts, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of parent concerns.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for student exit cases to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct Parent Satisfaction/Parent School Alignment Talks (PSAT) with existing parents throughout the year.
• Support parents during book and uniform distribution periods to ensure a smooth experience.

Building Positive Parent & School Relationships

• Develop strong and positive relationships with parents, students, and school stakeholders.
• Coordinate parent engagement activities, including inviting guest speakers/parents for career talks and student enrichment sessions.
• Manage parent communication updates through platforms such as WhatsApp, Toddle, and school communication channels.
• Support school events by assisting with guest and Chief Guest coordination for occasions such as Sports Day, Annual Day, and Graduation Ceremony.
• Ensure operational readiness in areas such as transport, supplies, cafeteria, and student welcome programs.
• Maintain effective collaboration and working relationships with various school departments.

Parent Connect & Feedback Management

• Conduct scheduled Parent Connect calls throughout the academic year.
• Conduct structured discussions with parents during student exit processes to understand concerns and reasons for withdrawal.
• Analyse parent feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement areas.
• Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) to engage with parents, collect feedback, communicate school updates, and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with process owners and leadership teams to recommend corrective actions related to processes, facilities, and services.

Student Admission & Enrollment Support

• Participate in New Parent Orientation Programs to familiarise newly enrolled families with school processes, expectations, and responsibilities.
• Take ownership of parent engagement after the admission process is completed.
• Build connections with new families through welcome calls, emails, and messages.
• Support student retention and referral initiatives.
• Collaborate with Academic teams to arrange parent meetings regarding student academic progress or behavioural concerns.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, parent relations, student support, education, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in local language(s) with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems, customer service platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of patience, empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent parent and student experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an international school or education environment.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and operational teams.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
