Hiring: Collection Executive

Location: Klang / Kuala Lumpur
Department: Collection Department
Reports to: Collection Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to delinquent hirers and meet daily call/contact targets.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, PTP commitments, and repayment plans.
• Follow up on broken promises, partial payments, and uncontactable accounts via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate case notes, payment status, and hirer information.
• Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the Senior Executive.
• Handle incoming payments, settlement enquiries, and early settlement calculations.
• Participate in weekend calling programmes and special collection campaigns when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in collections, customer service, or call centre operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Hire purchase/auto financing collection experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Willing to participate in weekend/after-hours calling programmes when required.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 (Based on experience)
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM4,000/month, based on target achievement
• Phone Allowance: RM50/month
• Medical Claim: RM50/month (Pay & Claim)
• Statutory Benefits: EPF, SOCSO & other applicable benefits under the Employment Act

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
