MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

To perform and ensure the inventory count, receiving, submit documents to finance and doc-con, handle vendor on-loan, put away, picking, break bulk issuing, return, completion of JO, location transfer, inter-co transfer, adjustment, and system update.
To prepare and update reports on time and accurately.
To ensure on time updating.
Compile monthly KPI report on time and accurately.
To ensure KPI and CIP achieve on time.
To attend and eliminate any issue in the weekly project or operation meeting as well as the customer meeting.
To ensure the team to perform the task appropriately and fulfill the audit requirement.
To lead or attend the internal, external or customer audit activities.
To ensure on resources and time management, problem solving, discipline and company policy.
Job to be assigned by superior from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM or Diploma, Degree in any field.
Experience working in related field.
Written and verbal English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic computer application skills i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude, strong analytical/structural skills
Good command of written and verbal English and converse well in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
