Clerk - Maintenance & Engineering Department.

• Provide administrative support to Maintenance & Engineering Department.
• Responsible for for tasks assigned by Maintenance Engineer.
• Updating and storing department's files to ensure they are accurate and accessible.
• Typing reports, letters and other department's related documents.
• Answering telephone calls and emails.
• Monitoring department's supplies and update stock records.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with common office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Related working experience will be an advantage
• Able to work independently
