BASF “Apprentice Program” is a 1 + 1 year contract position, specially structured where you go through a systematic and guided on- the-job training and rotations within the operations.

The structured program gives you the opportunity to start-up your career after graduate in world largest chemical company.

As our Apprentice, you will experience first-hand training and rotations across production, quality assurance, and maintenance functions. Upon completion of this program, depending on your performance, your will be offered a permanent position with us.

What we expect?

• You have successfully completed your Foundation/Certificate/Diploma (min CGPA 3.0) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry related field.
• You possess a good behavior and attendance record in school.
• You are physically healthy, committed, highly motivated and enjoy working in a team.
• You can converse in verbal and written English communication and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Words)
• You have your own transport and ready to take on the challenges of shift work.
