Your Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate outlet team members.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper manpower planning.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Implement upselling strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum SPM qualification, Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business Management, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail industry.
• Experience managing a team and outlet operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with good sales and upselling abilities.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in Malay and English.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred but not compulsory.
