• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Pure Science (Physics/Chemical).
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Preferably CGPA 3.2 and above.
• Preferably candidates from central region (Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Malacca, W.P. KL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams.
• Provide process engineering support to the manufacturing line.

• Responsible for process characterization and optimization, yield and quality improvement of assigned areas.
