• Menjalankan penyelidikan (research) bagi menghasilkan kandungan yang tepat dan berkualiti.
• Membantu merancang serta membangunkan kandungan mengikut kalendar pemasaran dan kempen organisasi.
• Menyemak, menyunting dan memastikan kandungan bebas daripada kesalahan tatabahasa serta menepati identiti jenama.
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan media, reka bentuk dan pemasaran dalam menghasilkan kandungan kreatif.
