Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through live chat and email.
• Assist users with account-related inquiries, technical issues, and service requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and typing).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or online support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications.
• Must have a personal computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Able to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
