• To plan and manage jobs for shipping department based on schedule.
• To liaise with parties like shipping agent, freight forwarder, custom and others.
• To keep track on shipment status throughout the whole process.
• To provide solution and react when encounter problems related to shipping.
• To supervise subordinates and maintain department work efficiency.
• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
