Job description

• Pengenalan Pelanggan Berpotensi: Mencari dan mengenal pasti pelanggan yang berpotensi untuk produk atau perkhidmatan syarikat.
• Menawarkan Produk: Memperkenalkan produk atau perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan, menerangkan manfaatnya, dan menjawab soalan pelanggan.
• Perbincangan: Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, berunding harga, syarat-syarat, dan terma, serta menutup jualan.
• Khidmat Pelanggan: Memberikan sokongan kepada pelanggan selepas jualan, seperti menangani aduan, soalan, dan masalah lain.
• Pencapaian Matlamat Jualan: Menetapkan matlamat jualan dan bekerja keras untuk mencapainya.
• Pelaporan: Melaporkan aktiviti jualan dan hasilnya kepada pasukan pemasaran dan pengurusan.
• Hubungan Pelanggan: Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan mereka dan menggalakkan retensi pelanggan.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
