SKOP KERJA:
1. Mahir dalam menguruskan kerja-kerja perakaunan menggunakan sistem
2. Menguruskan sistem pentadbiran/kewangan, perakaunan , pemfailan dan dokumentasi.
3. Menguruskan set akaun yang lengkap: P&L, laporan kunci kira-kira bulanan, jurnal bulanan dan lejar umum.
4. Mahir menggunakan perisian komputer (Excel, Words ).
5. Mengurus pengeluarkan invois, purchase order kepada pembekal/pelanggan
6. Melaksanakan kerja dan menghantar laporan kewangan tepat pada masanya
7. Membantu bahagian Admin jika diperlukan
8. Bersikap bertanggungjawab, berdisiplin dan boleh bekerja mengikut arahan
9. Boleh bekerja dengan pengawasan yang minimum dan jujur
10. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan menepati masa
KELAYAKAN DIPERLUKAN:
1. Perempuan
2. Berumur 21 tahun dan ke atas
3. Kelayakan minimum Diploma Perakaunan
4. Keutamaan diberikan kepada calon yang tinggal berdekatan dan berpengalaman dalam bidang perakaunan 2 tahun keatas
5. Jujur, amanah & komited
6. KOMITED dalam menjalankan tugas. Boleh bekerja lebih masa (sekiranya perlu adalah satu kelebihan)
7. Berpenampilan kemas, menarik dan sopan
8. Mempunyai kemahiran berkomunikasi yang baik dengan pelanggan
