Provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director and assist with daily management matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
• Arrange meetings, travel, and appointments.
• Follow up on matters assigned by the Managing Director.
• Coordinate with departments, customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Handle confidential documents and information.
• Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar position.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willing to work closely with and support the Managing Director.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
