Responsibilities

• Manage and reply to customer inquiries via online platforms.
• Contact customers regarding orders, inquiries, or issues
• Process customer return and refund requests efficiently.
• Update daily operation records and customer service logs.
• Assist the supervisor with documentation and back-office administrative tasks.
• Note: Customer inquiries will mainly require standard English and Bahasa Melayu.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Must be fluent in Mandarin (for internal communication) and possess good comprehension of English.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and familiar with online shopping platforms).
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
