Job Scope Internship (Sales / Business Development)

**1. **Customer Engagement & Communication

• Membantu hubungi prospek melalui call, WhatsApp, email atau media sosial.

• Menjawab pertanyaan asas daripada pelanggan.

• Bantu follow up pelanggan yang berminat.

**2. **Sales Support

• Menyediakan quotation, invoice, atau proposal asas.

• Rekod data pelanggan ke dalam sistem (SQL / IDANS TRACKING).

**3. **Market Research

• Buat kajian ringkas tentang competitor & market trend.

• Kumpul feedback pelanggan untuk tingkatkan servis/produk.
