TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA

• Membantu menyediakan dan membangunkan pakej pelancongan domestik serta antarabangsa.
• Membuat tempahan tiket penerbangan, hotel, pengangkutan dan aktiviti pelancongan.
• Berurusan dengan vendor dan agen luar negara bagi mendapatkan sebut harga dan pengesahan tempahan.
• Menyediakan quotation, itinerary dan dokumen perjalanan pelanggan.
• Mengurus dokumen perjalanan seperti tiket penerbangan, visa, insurans dan pengesahan tempahan.
• Memberikan maklumat lengkap berkaitan perjalanan kepada pelanggan sebelum keberangkatan.
• Memantau jadual penerbangan dan memastikan perjalanan pelanggan berjalan lancar.
• Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan ke luar negara bagi tujuan operasi lawatan, pemantauan pelanggan dan membantu urusan perjalanan semasa lawatan berlangsung.
• Membantu menjadi pengiring lawatan atau Tour Coordinator sekiranya diperlukan syarikat.
• Membantu menyelesaikan pertanyaan dan aduan pelanggan dengan segera dan profesional.
• Mengemaskini sistem rekod pelanggan, jualan dan operasi syarikat.
• Menjalankan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh Pengurus atau Penyelia.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour
