Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Responsible and disciplined.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and meet performance standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure products are displayed appropriately.
• Assist in meeting sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and managing promotions or discounts.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Handle operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or staff conflicts, promptly and effectively.
• Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accurate end-of-day reporting and reconciliation.
