KHOO SOON LEE REALTY SDN BHD Job Vacancies Julai 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales and MOT/strata title matters.
• Follow up and coordinate with the Project Team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application.
• To work together with sales team for the daily sales status as well as finance team for cash flow, billing and collection matters.
• Ensure that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on matters pertaining to Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings & collections, vacant possession and other related works including late payment interest, water & electricity deposit, all required statutory reports/listings to local Authorities are prepared & submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and follow up with loan solicitor to ensure that the end-financier for progress loan documentation until loan is disbursed within the timeframe.
• To ensure a proper filing system is maintained and all information is accurately updated and posted in the RR system.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and Management.

Job Requirements:

• At least diploma/Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• At least 2 years working experience in property development Company.
• Strong knowledge in the property systems of Road Runner /MHW or IFCA.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Applicant must be able to work at Johor Bahru, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
