Jawatan Kosong IT Support Services Analyst in Bayan Lepas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide and oversee timely and effective high-level technical support to end-users, addressing complex hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems via phone, email, or in person, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely to end-users in a non-technical language to enhance user understanding and satisfaction.

  • Interact with end-users in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience and ongoing satisfaction.

  • Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications, ensuring all systems are up to date.

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on hardware and software best practices and IT tools and applications to enhance their productivity and security.

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software, and network connectivity issues, escalating highly complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Log and track support incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.

  • Prioritize and escalate issues when necessary, collaborating with team members and other IT support teams to resolve intricate technical challenges and achieve timely resolutions.

  • Contribute to enhancing IT support processes and procedures.

  • Create and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

  • Proactively identify recurring issues and actively contribute to developing long-term solutions.

  • Perform system updates and patches to uphold security and functionality standards, enforcing security policies and safeguarding confidential information.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

  • 3 Years of Relevant Experience
