Jawatan Kosong Administrator in Melaka

At PwC, our people in business services and support focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the organisation. This includes handling a variety of tasks independently, including document preparation, file and records management, and operational support. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team are key to success in this role.

  • Provide professional administrative support to deliver clients’ requests in a timely and efficient manner

  • Can independently complete a variety of assigned tasks to meet set goals - tasks are performed under general supervision and/ or established guidelines.

  • Continuously apply knowledge and skills to execute tasks to the highest quality.

  • Adapt / perform all tasks relevant to the current business needs, and when needed, will work in a team environment to complete tasks.

  • Prepare and type financial statements or reports to support assurance-related engagements.

  • Manage printing and binding of finalised financial statements and associated documents.

  • Monitoring of file movement from filing/storeroom, including file destruction

  • Coordinate requests for pantry items and other office supplies.

  • Arrange and manage bank deposits, as well as dispatch important documents as required.

  • Provide backup coverage for front desk operations, including mail collection, sorting, and posting.

  • Demonstrate basic IT proficiency for task monitoring and reporting.

  • 1- 4 years of experience in a physical administrative role with basic client relations

  • Proficient and familiar with Microsoft Suite / Microsoft 365

  • Meticulous and proficient in carrying out repetitive work

  • Excellent time management and able to work as part of a team
