Position: Account Executive
Salary: RM2,000- RM2,500
Working Days: Monday - Friday ( 10.00 AM - 7.00PM ) Alternate Saturday
Location: Menara Uncang Emas, No.85, Jalan Loke Yee, Cheras, 55200, Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description:
1) Handle accounts receivable and payable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. 2) Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
3) Assist in budgeting, planning, and financial forecasting processes.
4) Use SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting and Excel for budgeting, financial calculations, and reporting purposes.
5) Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
6) Work closely with other team members, especially the supporting staff in the finance department.
7) Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
8) Support the team in preparing for internal and external audits.
9) Well versed about e-invoicing and updated with government requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
